1. SaaS Subscriptions
We stand behind the quality of our product. If you are not satisfied with your One-Click Print subscription, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are only applicable to the first billing cycle of a new subscription. Renewals or subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable.
3. Upgrades and Downgrades
If you upgrade your plan, the prorated difference will be charged. If you downgrade your plan, the prorated difference will be credited to your account for future billing cycles. We do not issue cash refunds for plan downgrades.
4. Print Orders
Note: We are a software provider, not a print shop. If you are a customer who uploaded files and paid a local print shop for physical prints, any disputes regarding the quality of the prints, missing prints, or refunds for the physical printing service must be resolved directly with the print shop you visited. One-Click Print cannot issue refunds for physical printing services provided by third-party shops.

If you meet the eligibility criteria for a SaaS subscription refund, please use the Contact page to reach our support team with your Shop ID and the email address associated with your account.
