1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using One-Click Print, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

One-Click Print is a document management platform that allows print shop owners to receive print files from customers via QR codes and unique Shop IDs. We do not provide physical printing services; we only facilitate the transfer of files between customers and shops.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload or transmit any illegal, explicit, or copyrighted material without permission.
Attempt to bypass our security measures or rate limits.
Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Data Retention

Files uploaded to our servers are temporary. Depending on your subscription tier (Free, Starter, Pro, Premium), files are automatically permanently deleted from our servers after the specified time limit (1 hour, 12 hours, or 7 days). We are not responsible for any lost files due to this automatic deletion policy.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a regular basis, typically monthly. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall One-Click Print, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
